1792 Full Proof Bourbon is a bold expression from Barton 1792 Distillery, bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof (62.5% ABV). This Kentucky Straight Bourbon is non-chill filtered, preserving its natural oils and flavor compounds for maximum body and depth. While it carries no age statement, it is typically aged between 7 and 8.5 years in new charred American oak barrels. It was first introduced in 2016 and has received numerous accolades, including World's Best Bourbon at the 2018 Whisky Magazine Awards and 2020 World Whisky of the Year by Jim Murray's Whisky Bible.
