Description

Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is an award-winning Highland single malt Scotch whisky, known as the "Golden Dram" due to its water source, the Pitilie Burn, which is rich in gold deposits. The distillery, built in 1896 by John Dewar & Sons, originally supplied whisky for Dewar's White Label blend. This expression is matured for 12 years in a combination of oak casks, including ex-sherry, ex-bourbon, refill, and re-charred casks, contributing to its depth and character. It offers a smooth, sweet, and approachable taste with rich honeyed notes.
