Description

An award-winning Highland single malt whisky, Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is matured for 21 years in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon oak casks. Known as the 'Golden Dram', it boasts a classic Highland character with layers of heather honey, nutty malt, and zesty fruit, complemented by a rich depth of dried fruits and a delicate trace of smoke. The distillery, founded in 1896, is nestled in the foothills of the central Highlands.

Ripe white peach, sultanas, good wave of honey, smidge of wood smoke, caramelised almonds, toasted coconut, long, delicately smoky, supple and dry, lingering notes of honey, oak, gentle warmth.
