This Aberfeldy 25 Year Old - 125th Anniversary is a special edition from Aberfeldy, released to celebrate the distillery's 125th anniversary, which was founded in 1898 by John Dewar & Sons. Matured for over two decades in a combination of refill hogsheads and refill butts, it was then expertly finished for over a year in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, augmenting Aberfeldy's rich and fruity character with a delightful spiced note. Bottled at 46% ABV, this limited edition release boasts both purity and intensity, offering a complex and refined dram that embodies the pinnacle of craftsmanship.
