Nose
Rich and punchy cereals with underlying notes of waxes, lemon rind and gentle biscuity notes. Easy, characterful and direct with a lovely 'Highland' personality.
Palate
A great balance between sweet and drier components, classical distillate driven highland malt whisky with mineral oils, waxes, citrus notes and sweeter cereal undertones.
Finish
Good length, becoming drier with some aniseed, buttered toast and white pepper warmth in the aftertaste.
