Description
This 30-year-old Aberlour is a vatting of two bourbon hogsheads that were finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. One of many Speyside distilleries in the Pernod Ricard portfolio and up until 2018 was part of just a select group of three from which they marketed single malts, alongside Glenlivet and Strathisla. The French multinational operate it through their Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky division. This release was distilled on January 18, 1965, and bottled after 30 years of maturation, with a limited outturn of 300 bottles.
