Fresh citrus, green apple, juniper, rhubarb pastry, vanilla, oak shavings, flour, buttery dough, oatmeal, hint of nail polish. Full-bodied fruit aroma with smoky fruit, prunes, raisins, dried fruits, candied sweetness, toffee, dark chocolate, cream, wood, anise, furniture polish, nutmeg, liquorice, and spices.
Palate
Citrus (lemons), fresh herbs, ginger, cereals, juniper, gin botanicals, plain oak, bay leaf, green apple with a salty edge. Pleasantly dry with little vanilla sweetness. Prominent alcohol, woody, exotic spice, lemon juice, zest, pith, hint of smoked lemon, ginger, chili pepper, chocolate, creamy mouthfeel. Raisins, dried fruits, dried plums, nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Finish
Medium length, cereals, white pepper. Raisins, citrus, candied sweetness, plums, root beer candy, cream, nuts, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
