Description

Akashi Blended Sherry Cask Finish is a Japanese blended whisky produced by the Eigashima distillery (also known as White Oak). It is a blend of grain whiskies and malt whiskies, with the malt portion distilled in Eigashima. The whiskies are aged for at least three years in American oak casks and then finished for several months (e.g., 6 months) in sherry casks, imparting a rich and gourmet profile.
