Description

Daikan is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from Japan and other countries. It has been aged in a complex combination of casks such as Quercus Serrata (a unique type of oak), ex-sherry, bourbon and wine barrels. Akkeshi is a Japanese distillery located in the town of the same name on the island of Hokkaido, specially selected for its similar climate to those of the Scottish Outer Hebrides.
