Perfumes of persimmon, crushed black pepper, tangerines, mirin & dashi, and a ever lingering presence of lemon & garden herb essence swirl about in the glass. Very trace amounts of light oak.
Palate
Lemon-barley emerges as the mainstay of the dram, garnished with salty-citrus, Ceylon tea with honey, and a gentle sprinkle of pepper towards the tail end.
Finish
Medium finish, characterised with sandalwood accents, afternoon tea with lemon, and trace amounts of honey and white pepper.
