Description

Shoman is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from Japan and other countries. It has been matured in a complex combination of sherry, bourbon, wine, rum and Mizunara oak casks. The first ever serialised releases from the Akkeshi whisky brand. The first release was launched in October 2020 and the series contains twenty-four bottlings, each named after one of the Japanese solar terms, or sekki. This is the 11th release in the series, representing the eighth season 'Shoman' which signifies a time when crops flourish and nature thrives.
