The Akkeshi Ritto is a Single Malt Japanese Whisky from the Akkeshi Distillery in Hokkaido, Japan. It is part of the 24 Solar Term Series, marking the 19th solar term that signals the start of winter. This lightly peated whisky is matured in a combination of Mizunara and Sherry casks, as well as ex-bourbon and red wine barrels. It was bottled in 2021 at 55% ABV, with an outturn of 10,000 bottles.
