Description

Alfred Giraud Harmonie is a French Blended Malt Whisky crafted by the Giraud family, who have a long history in Cognac production. It is a triple malt, triple wood expression, beginning with three distinct malt distillates, two unpeated and one lightly peated. These are matured in a combination of new French Limousin oak, new American oak, and ex-Cognac casks. The blend is then married and finished exclusively in extra-old Cognac casks, resulting in a complex and balanced whisky bottled at 46.1% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color. This is a limited production release, with only 7 casks produced annually.
