Nose
Woody aromas mingle with smoky peat, sweet spice and marmalade, developing into sour cherry, cocoa and sweet vanilla. The peat is quite subdued, with intense wood, toasted wholemeal bread, salted butter, redcurrant jelly, vanilla, butterscotch and hints of coconut shavings.
Palate
A harmonious balance between smoky and fruity notes, with nuances of vanilla and dark chocolate. Thick oily mouthfeel, gentle peat, wood and stronger spices. Finish
