Description
Amrut Intermediate Sherry is an Indian single malt whisky known for its unique three-stage maturation process. The spirit first matures in virgin and ex-bourbon casks, then is transferred to Spanish ex-Oloroso sherry butts for an intermediate period, and finally returns to ex-bourbon casks to complete its maturation. This process results in a complex and balanced whisky with an interplay of fruit, spice, and oak notes.
