Description

The whisky with best Indian grain, grown at the foot of the Himalaya, produced according to an old Indian tradition. He is fermented gently and burned in small ranks, to keep the natural flavours. This won distillate is then stored in oak barrels at unique tropical conditions on about 1000 metres of height in Bangalore, the Indian Garden City, to reach the maturity there.

Nose
Delicate peat with earthy tones, hot spices, and fruity odors. Unusually dry peat, reminiscent of an old leather armchair, with a hint of citrus. Sweet cure bacon, smoke, malt, sweet peat, and a touch of caramel.
Palate
Smoky and malty sensations with hints of spices, pepper, herbal notes, and molasses. A sensation of molassed sugar followed by increasing peat notes, becoming drier and spicier.
Finish
A strong malty finish with peat and smoke. Crystalline depth with clear palate, butterscotch vanillas wrapping the phenols for a comfortable and clean finale. Medium finish where peat emerges, with fruit teas.
