Description

This 17-year-old single malt from an undisclosed Islay distillery was independently bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of 'The Octave' series. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, it underwent a finish in an Oloroso Sherry Octave cask, a smaller cask designed to intensify wood-spirit interaction. This release is natural, without colorants or chill filtration, and bottled at cask strength. Only 96 bottles were produced from cask number 11844876.
