One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. At North Star Spirits, they are dedicated to unearthing the hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits that ignite intriguing discussions. North Star bottle between 6-9 casks every quarter. They currently have three parts to the business: The Single Cask ... This single malt comes from a mystery Orkney based distillery and is the first in North Star's Periodical collection, which bottles low-yielding or surplus whisky from their archives in an apothecary-style bottle.
