Description

A limited edition released in 2012, the first in a series of bottles illustrated by Peter Arkle. This first edition was known as 'Ingredients' with the design revealing all the ingredients used to make whisky (including magic). The whisky has been matured in Spanish oak sherry butts. Limited to 6000 bottles.

Nose
Rich with honey and sticky toffee, nutty notes and burnt sugar. Rich and spicy fruit cake aromas, creamy vanilla, pronounced sticky toffee, green apples, and a touch of blood orange zest.
Palate
Fruity with apple, raisin combo, fruit cake and caramel. Hints of vanilla. Sun-dried raisins and honey explode, followed by vanilla ice-cream with hot caramel sauce.
Finish
Medium long, with chocolate, toffee and spices. Round and long, on the dark side of the fruit.
