AnCnoc Sherry Cask Finish Peated Edition is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky. It is a permanent new addition to the AnCnoc range, crafted using a combination of peated and non-peated spirit. After initial maturation in American oak casks, it is finished in sherry butts from Jerez, resulting in a balance of sweet, fruity flavors with subtle, lingering campfire smoke.
