This is the Angels' Nectar 11 Year Old Single Cask Cairngorms Edition, a single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. It was bottled in 2020 by independent bottler Highfern in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust to support environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms National Park. This limited edition release of 263 bottles is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.

Palate
Rich and delicate with dried tropical fruit, marzipan, and more sweetness. Notes of ripe blueberries, lemon drizzle cake, dehydrated banana, mango, Graham crackers, crunchy toffee, lime sharpness, anise, and white pepper.
Finish
Medium length with lingering honey notes, drying on blueberry, white pepper, Juicy Fruit chewing gum, and a squeeze of lime.
