Nose
Soft and crumbly iced sugar cookies, very mild peat and smoke, mild lime and melon. Softly spicy with cinnamon, faint old dunnage warehouse, salty and peppery notes, and a savoury green note.
Palate
Beautifully matured with an ethereal peat memory and a subtle smoke. Notes of anise, mouth-watering sweet white fruits, and cinnamon cookies. Big smoke and sweetness, enjoyable in its simplicity.
Finish
Magnificent and long, with hints of vanilla, soft peat, and divine oak.
