Description

Drum is the first whisky released by Ardbeg to have enjoyed a finishing period in rum casks. It was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred over to ex-rum casks from the Americas. This Committee Release, bottled at 52% ABV, combines the classic savoury smoke of Ardbeg's spirit with bright, fruity notes from the rum casks. It was released for Ardbeg Day 2019.
