Mature, liquorous and sweet with prunes, coffee grounds, cream sherry, dried mushroom, moss, creosote, bung cloth, resin, chimney smoke, pure tar, old rope and iodine.
Palate
Immediate, all-enveloping, wonderfully dense and tarry smoke with smoked oysters, soy sauce, black olive paste, medicinal notes, salted liquorice, seawater, camphor, and tarry rope.
Finish
Big, intense, and smoky, with pure tar, kiln peat smoke, raw seawater, and lemon juice.
