Smoky pineapple and aromatic wood smoke, faint waves of scented woodsmoke mingle with sea spray and pine resin, eucalyptus.
Palate
An intensely salty mouthfeel, sweet and sour notes of smoked chili chocolate and paprika, rich fudge, smoky peat, aniseed, toasted oak and roasted tea leaves, cayenne pepper, citrus, waxy notes and charcoal.
Finish
Firm but gentle, soothing wood smoke carries into a lengthy, lingering finish, savory, smoky, long finish, smoke bobs on the horizon, smoked brown sugar, walnuts and spices gently dissolve away, bitter almonds and clove.
