Nose
Salty, herbal, and earthy, mint, basil, lime, soot, dried grass with subtle petrichor. Intensely piney, with crushed lemongrass and pickle brine. Notes of lox and lemon candy.
Palate
Medium-bodied and rich, dusty earth, petrichor, grassy and herbal, charred citrus, ginger root, peppery finish. Hops and dried oregano, grapefruit, pineapple, mezcal and metal, and a whiff of peppery smoke.
Finish
Medium-length and mellow with sooty hints of fruit and salt. Mostly peppery and metallic with some pineapple and IPA in the back.
