This Adelphi Selection bottling of Ardmore was distilled in 2016 and matured for 7 years in a single refill Oloroso Sherry butt, yielding 634 bottles. Bottled at a cask strength of 61.1% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added colour. Ardmore is known for its consistently peated malt, using local Highland peat that contributes a smokey sweetness.
