Nose
Sweet and very spicy on the nose. Raisins, blackberries and cherries with Christmas spices accompany the clear sherry sweetness. The initial spice subsides a little and releases a woody, slightly smoky note.
Palate
Sweet, strong and syrupy on the palate. Not just berry syrup sweet but also the mouthfeel. Then immediately some smoke and oak again. And spices like pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Finish
Long and spicy sweet. The oak subsides and the sweet notes remain for a long time.
