Nose
Warm spices and rich stewed fruit complement sweet toffee apple aromas, with notes of caramel, toasted oak, cooked plum and dried apple.
Palate
Soft raspberry jam with subtle cracked black pepper lead to a hint of oak, alongside treacle toffee, jammy forest fruits, touches of marmalade, vanilla, honey, and rich malt sweetness.
Finish
Dried fruit lingers on the smooth and light finish, with plump raisin sweetness balanced by dry spice, and lingering oak.
