Nose
Apples and gunpowder, cheddar cheese and water crackers, flowers and pears, with the gunpowder note growing. Also notes of lime, mineral peat, cream, ham brine, and muskier fruit.
Palate
Buttery, bitter, and acidic at first, followed by sweetness, oranges, and caramel. Lime and peppery peat lead, with a rich texture, wet stones, and a slightly acrid smoke.
Finish
Acidity and caramel persist, with hints of black pepper and lemon. Medium-long, with char, and lingering lime notes.
