Description

Tri Carragh presents this bold 11-year-old Ardmore, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 as a single cask release of just 221 bottles. Matured in a second fill ex-Laphroaig barrel, it brings a distinctive twist to Ardmore's Highland peat style, combining gentle smoke with layers of sweetness. Bottled at natural cask strength (59.8%) with no chill filtration or added colour, this is an authentic, full-flavoured dram. [2]

Nose
The nose bursts with light peat smoke, reminiscent of glowing embers. As the smoke settles, sweet notes emerge: vanilla, lemon, pineapple, and buttery pastries. [2]
Palate
This is a sweet-and-smoky dram with layers that unfold in waves. With water, the pastry notes become more pronounced, revealing even greater complexity. The reduced palate follows the same path - a whisky full of depth and character. [2]
Finish
Long and lingering, leaving a lasting impression of smoky fruit and soft sweetness. [2]
