Nose
Nose – Grilled pineapples and creamy oats over a cool, woodsmoke campfire. There's lemon fondant, vanilla, sweet apple and a bowl of yellow tropical fruits alongside fresh mint and camomile. Palate – The arrival is thick, viscous and buttery. The fruits arrive first; starfruit and pineapple with that classic Islay smoky peat. Lemon zest and sweet apples prevail before cool mint chocolates and menthol usher in a long and satisfying finish that's distinctly impressive for the age. Finish – Unctuous, full and precise.
