Description

Located upon the breathtaking Loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan distillery is a comparatively new powerhouse which opened for production in 2014. Champions for green manufacturing, the distillery and all of its by-products are environmentally friendly and entirely sustainable. Ardnamurchan uses malt from Broomhill Farm and boasts two whisky styles; one peated and one unpeated. This is an unpeated single cask release, AD/04:16 CK.413, distilled in 2016 and matured for 7 years in an ex-Adelphi refill hogshead before being bottled in 2023 at 55% ABV. It was bottled exclusively for Aqvavitae, with an outturn of 319 bottles, and is free from chill filtration.
