Description

Located upon the breathtaking Loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan distillery is a comparatively new powerhouse which opened for production in 2014. Champions for green manufacturing, the distillery and all of its by-products are environmentally friendly and entirely sustainable. Ardnamurchan uses malt from Broomhill Farm and boasts two whisky styles; one peated and one unpeated, using American and European. This particular release, Ardnamurchan AD/12:14 CK.440, is an unpeated single cask whisky, distilled in 2014 and matured for 6 years in a Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry Butt before being bottled in 2021 exclusively for FC Whisky in Denmark. It is a limited edition of 693 bottles, bottled at 59.1% ABV, free from chill filtration and artificial coloring.
