Nose
A deeply aromatic bouquet with notes of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, and passionfruit, layered with hints of dried apricots, golden raisins, and a subtle citrus zest. Sweet vanilla, honeycomb, and a touch of marzipan add warmth, while polished oak and faint spices—cinnamon and clove—provide an elegant backdrop.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied, and complex, delivering a symphony of flavors. Sweet elements of caramel, toffee, and orange marmalade mingle with ripe stone fruits and candied nuts. The oak influence is beautifully integrated, imparting soft tannins, baking spices, and a delicate note of toasted coconut. A gentle maritime salinity enhances the balance, hinting at Arran's island heritage.
Finish
Exceptionally long and satisfying, revealing lingering notes of honeyed malt, dark chocolate, and a whisper of espresso. Faint traces of oak spice and a subtle mineral quality leave a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
