Description

The Arran 25 Year Old was added to the Arran core range in 2020 and is released in annual batches of 3,000 bottles worldwide. It is the distillery's oldest core range age statement. This single malt is a vatting of whisky matured in ex-Sherry and Bourbon casks, with the ratio varying annually. It is bottled at 46% Vol without chill filtration or the addition of any colouring. The whisky was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2020.

Palate
Fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon. The juicy zestiness of oranges and mandarins mellows perfectly with manuka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots and an interesting white pepper note that provides even more complexity.
Finish
Creamy and spicy with dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruits compote.
