Description

Arran distillery was founded in 1995 in Lochranza on the Isle of Arran. This Arran Single Malt was initially matured in traditional oak casks, often ex-Bourbon, for several years (typically around 7-8 years) before being finished in Amarone wine casks sourced from the Veneto region of Italy. This 2020 release is bottled at 50% ABV and is non-chill filtered. It offers a rich, complex character with notes of red wine and fruit.
