Pineapple on the griddle dusted with icing sugar, ground ginger and cinnamon spice, vanilla sponge cake, apricot glaze, toasted marshmallow, meringue.
Palate
Vanilla shortbread, sugared almonds, marzipan, white chocolate bon bons, fizzy pick and mix sweets, lime and grassy barley notes here too and some late white pepper heat.
Finish
Fizzy sherbet like notes, vanilla icing over apricot danish pasties, white chocolate meringue nests, champagne truffles, peppery sugared almonds and lasting ginger spice.
