What appeals here is the contrast between spice and a distinctly dessert-like sweetness, rather than spice taking over. Custard cream biscuits and vanilla ice cream give the nose a creamy direction, while lemon icing and tropical fruit freshness offer a brighter counterpoint. On the palate, white chocolate panna cotta and custard danish pastries sit beside spiced tropical fruit, especially pineapple. The finish pairs buttery shortbread and vanilla custard with aromatic spices. For someone drawn to spice contrast, that progression is appealing: the spice has a clear role without displacing the creamy, fruit-led character. It sounds like a gentle, varied expression of that balance, though anyone seeking spice as the dominant feature may find the sweeter notes more prominent.
