This Arran 1997 Limited Edition 20 Year Old is an outstanding single malt from the Arran distillery, renowned for its quality. Aged for two decades, it presents an impressive intensity of 52.3% alcohol strength. Its aromatic palette unfolds complex notes of heather, ripe citrus and subtle spicy notes, rounded off on the palate by elegant woody nuances and hints of vanilla. The Arran distillery, located in Lochranza, is one of two malt whisky distilleries owned by Isle of Arran Distillers. While it now primarily distills non-peated whisky, it has historically produced peated single malt as well. This release was specially selected by Kammer Kirsch.
