A mixture of 10 sherry hogsheads and 35 bourbon barrels, the Arran Millennium Casks were distilled and filled into these casks on the 31st December 1999 and 1st January 2000. One of two malt whisky distilleries owned by Isle of Arran Distillers, Lochranza was the first to be opened in 1995.
