Crème caramel and berry fruits, hints of raspberry jam, damsons, peppermint and barley. Red berries, plums, fresh wood, strawberry jam, cinnamon, honey, creme brulee, sweet tobacco, tanned leather, dark cherries, port.
Palate
Creamy palate with notes of ginger, black pepper, berry fruits and cocoa. Red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries), honey, blueberries, orange peel, limes, chocolate, vanilla spice, dried fruits and nuttiness. Sweet with port influence, pancake syrup, warm spices, malty.
Finish
Warming with notes of pastries, gingernuts, redcurrant jelly and spice. Mid-long with spices, berries, pancake syrup. Medium-length dry, bitter finish with red apple skins and lemon zest. Vanilla, honey, oak spice, slight grassiness, lingering milk chocolate.
