Nose
Fruity and very sweet. Fresh strawberries, fragrant mixed citrus fruit, banana, coconut, granadilla, and fresh flowers. Some creamy vanilla, honey, shortbread biscuits. Some light ginger, star anise, nutmeg, grass, and green wood. The combination of everything sums up to the impression of a sweet white wine.
Palate
Thick, creamy texture, with moderate heat. Sweet. A wash of gentle, sweet tropical fruit and sweet whipped cream up front. It develops to light fragrant wood and vanilla, then turns nutty, to sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and almonds. Some cedar, grass, toasted coconut, pineapple, green grapes, honeydew melon, and light black pepper. With some water, it's oilier and spicier, with a bit more wood.
Finish
Creamy and sweet. French vanilla ice cream and toasted marshmallows. Sweet orange and tropical fruit. Water adds loads of ginger and green grapes, with a hint of green tea.
