Nose
Fresh strawberries. Some prunes. A bit of raisins. Twizzlers. Very fruity and “red”. Thick, thick honey. Very fruity. Some toffee and cinnamon, very desserty and sort of Thanksgiving-y.
Palate
Bright citrus and loads of strawberries. Some sultanas. Quickly turns into a boatload of apples. Some oak. An herbal fruity note, if that makes any sense - sort of green.
Finish
Prunes all over. Raisins all over. Jan all over. Spicy sherry, oak and pepper. Strawberries. Honey and caramel. Apple cinnamon whole wheat toast - don’t ask what that means. Medium length, ending with a bit of sweetened coffee.
