Sherry wood comes to the nose with a hint of raisins and something fresh. A small hint of mint and a touch of dried oak. Red berries, plums, gingerbread and red pudding. Cedar wood. Rising in the nose.
Palate
Creamy and rich mouthfeel. A sweet and spicy taste. Raisins, red berries, fruitcake, chocolate.
Finish
Dry on the tongue, truly a delicious finish. Chocolate and raisin in the endless finish.
