Nose
Heavy and sweet, with a dense sherry flavour dominated by sultanas and dates. Delicate fruitiness of candied red apple, morello cherries, and a hint of forest honey, with underlying leather notes.
Palate
Creamy softness, almost buttery, followed by a spicy, crisp texture. Fruity-sweet phase with sultanas, dates, a delicate hint of wineiness, and salted caramel.
Finish
Long, with firm oak and building spice notes of gingerbread and speculoos, offering a wintery warmth. No smoke or spiciness, but structure, memory, and reverberation.
