Nose
Apple peels, pear juice, hints of coconut and apple blossom, developing with custard and cinnamon. Notes of honey, toffee-glazed pecans and fresh summer fruits. Simple malt and honey, cream soda, candied orange peel and banana bread.
Palate
Fruity and rich, vanilla, pannacotta, apple and lime peel. A perfect combination of rich malt and lush vanilla notes, light and sweet with tantalising spice and oak. Gentle fruit and floral notes, orange blossom, heather honey and black pepper.
Finish
Apple strudel and cinnamon. Clean and fresh with an aftertaste of hazelnuts and milk chocolate. Dry spice and fruit in equal measure.
