Description

The third release in Arran's Signature Series, 'Duero Discovery' is an unpeated 12-year-old Isle of Arran single malt selected and approved by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman. Initially aged for 6 years in first- and second-fill bourbon barrels, it underwent an additional 6 years of secondary maturation in first-fill Spanish red wine casks from the Duero River region, bottled at 50% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring.
