Nose
Fruit at first - pear and green apples, caramel apple, then vanilla. Orange marmalade.
Palate
Sugar cookies with salted butter, sponge cake, lemon curd, and light salted caramel. It has a nice salty coastal quality which pairs nicely with the sugary fruity foundation. Full bodied, well-rounded, creamy texture.
Finish
Long and sweet finish with lemon-lime rounding it off.
