Description

This is a limited edition Arran single malt, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2007 at 55% ABV. It was initially matured for 8 years in traditional oak (bourbon) casks before undergoing a 7-month finishing period in Tokaji Aszu wine casks. These Hungarian oak barriques were sourced directly from producers in Hungary, where they previously held the renowned 'King of Wines' for three years. A total of 7,320 bottles were released. The whisky is non-chill filtered and presented with its original box.
